Prices

We aim to be as flexible as we can. Guests can book the use one 1,2,3 or 4 bedrooms with sole use of the rest of the house (THIS MEANS THAT ONLY PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP WILL BE STAYING IN THE HOUSE with you). The prices reflect the number of bedrooms used and there is normally a minimum of 2 nights stay except for Easter, Christmas and New Year when the minimum stay is 5 nights.

Dogs and Cancellation Charges

Dogs £15.00 each per week, maximum of 2 dogs per stay by prior arrangement. We do request that dogs are not left in the property on their own at any time and that they are confined to the downstairs area in the kitchen and dining room.

All deposits are non-refundable

  • Any cancellation or changes to a booking within 28 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the full cost of the booking
  • Any cancellation or changes to a booking within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 75% of the full cost of the booking
  • Any cancellation or changes to a booking within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the full cost of the booking
